CO-PILOTS IN MOONACHIE, NEW JERSEY

Tools

Starting Sunday December 9th at 11am, come MEAT me, Johnny Meatballs and my buddy Frankie Antipasto at 106 Moonachie Avenue in:

>MOONACHIE, NEW JERSEY!!!!!

Find us in the parking lot of Cuff's Bar where we'll be serving our food out of the big red "Lost Brothers" pizza truck!!!! Yes you read correct! Me and Frankie – king of the soppressata sandwich – will be collaborating once again…this time in this famous Lost Brothers food truck!

That’s right, just because “feast season” is over, doesn’t mean we are going to pack it in for the winter. So we’re teaming up with this great local pizza wagon to continue to serve you – just in time for the holidays! We’ll be trying out our first semi-permanent location in North Jersey (Moonachie) with a grand opening launch of the 9th of December at 11am. On this day we will be giving out FREE samples of our specialties, and in case you forgot what those are, here is a TASTE of the menu…

----------
Pizza (Available by the slice or by the pie)
The Johnny Meatballs On A Roll Sandwich (Veal/Pork/Beef Meatballs in Sunday Gravy Topped With Melted Mozzarella)
The Frankie Antipasto Sandwich (Hot & Sweet Soppressata, Mozzarella, Provolone, Roasted Red Peppers, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Oh My Garlic Dressing!)

your nonna's recipes

Giovanni, I am hoping you will see this request. My family is also from Molise. I linked to your site here from "Cooking with Nonna," and wanted to know if you plan to post more of your nonna's recipes? There are so many siciliana recipes, but so few molisiana, so would appreciate any that you have. What types of pasta does your nonna cook, does she make her own? Graziemille, Antonia

ps. don't hold it against me but I'm a Giants fan!
