HUGE INDOOR - OUTDOOR ITALIAN FALL FESTIVAL!!!

Johnny "Meatballs" DeCarlo and Megin DeCarlo of Johnny Meatballs Catering competed in the "Chef Central Gravy War" in 2010 and the "Ultimate Chef Central" competition last year (winning the "Gravy War" as well as the Chef Central sponsored, "UNICO Charity di Vino" fancy food show for "Best Meatballs"). Johnny & Megin starred in the Vh1 reality series, "My Big Friggin' Wedding" and were featured on many other TV and radio programs to promote Johnny's famous meatballs - including News 12 New Jersey, Z-100 and New York 1. The cooking duo are planning a return to network TV this fall, but will first be returning to Chef Central! Visit their stand on September 15th in Hartsdale NY and September 22nd in Paramus NJ, where they will be selling Johnny's Meatballs In Sunday Gravy, hot to the public at a brand new Chef Central Italian festival!!!

In honor of San Gennaro, New York's famous Italian feast, both Chef Central locations will be holding the first ever "FESTA ITALIANA" -- a huge event with a variety of vendors -- serving their signature specialties in the parking lot and inside the store. Participants include Amano Neopolitan Pizza of Ridgewood, Za’Za’ Neopolitan Pizza of Scarsdale, as well as many others. There will also be a local pasta sauce company, an olive oil seminar / tasting, along with homemade sausage demos...and of course what would a feast be without zeppoles! Come MEAT, GREET and EAT! Mark your calendars for both of these dates, which are sure to have a tremendous turnout and will no doubt feature some famous guests and lots of media coverage.

Just Confirmed: At 2:30pm, Megin & Johnny will also be doing a step by step meatball cooking demo with Q&A session inside the kitchen area of the store.
