We have 7 kinds of fishes on Christmas Eve,
Yes 7 kinds of fishes, we have to eat…
Everybody has a favorite—yes indeed,
Oh 7 yummy fishes, an Italian treat!

There’s shrimp made three ways, fried calamar’ too
Plus your clams oregenato, even eels to boot!
Then there’s maybe scungeel—and always baccala…
Don’t forget your spicy mussels ma-deeee-na!
Anchovies and sardines on your antipast’ plate
Count equally as much as them tasty crabcakes!
Maybe you’ll have tilapia or even bronzino…
Perhaps a whole lobster or clams caseeeenoooo!
Cause we have 7 kinds of fishes on Christmas Eve,
Yes 7 kinds of fishes, we have to eat…
And it doesn't really matter, what fish you choose
Just enjoy and mangia all the wonderful food!

Pass the yummy Panettone paisan!
Everybody gets one, where is mine?

"S" cookies and some amarettis
Pignolis, pizelles and struffoli!
A few cannoli and a shfooyadell
But there's something else I've got to tell…
To all of my friends and my big family
It's time for Panettone from Italy!
Tiramisu and Nutella spread
But this one cake is better than bread!
It starts with a "P" and ends with an "E"
Pass it around the table—it's Panettone, see!
Smash the torrone and each some fruit
Figs and clementines and lots of grapes too!
Chestnuts roasting up so nice
Crunchy fennel and Baci candy tonight!
But one more thing that everyone gets
It's something that you can never forget…
Re-gifted by every single goomba…
To the cousins and the uncles and even Nonna!
So scream it as you sip that Chianti wine
