Description of Myself

Born in Canada, raised in Italy, citizen of the world. Walter is a teacher and freelance journalist who has been able to call home many different places over the years. His ambition and thirst for knowledge have led him to live, study and work in various cities, including Rome, Florence, Vancouver and Toronto, where he now lives.

Walter has an MA in Linguistics from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he also taught Italian-language courses for two years. He has also taught Italian at the Italian Cultural Institute in Toronto, and published articles on education and culture in various American, Canadian and Italian newspapers.
