Qualità italiana @ Summer Fancy Food Show 2010

The NYC Summer Fancy Food 2010 took place at the Jacob Javits Convention Center on June 27-29. The pavilion coordinated  by the Italian Trade Commission hosted over 250 producers, consortia, association and organizations. In other areas of the Center there were about 200 more boots hosted by the regional representations of Calabria, Tuscany and Puglia, individual producers, and American distributors showcasing Italian products in their own stands.
We met many of them, exchanged opinions on the outcome of this year's edition, and tasted their products for you. Here are some of our most interesting "discoveries":  not only Italy's best known products, which have by now become traditional favorites for the avarage American consumer, but also small brands that definitely deserve attention, as well as new products that you might have never tasted beforeand you should.
