Minimalist lighting pieces will arch over the historic wall and illuminate the photographs in a design inspired by the lancet arches of Gothic architecture that are present in the basilica’s interior and facades
"The Wall"- Photography Exhibit
During the planned celebrations of the annual San Gennaro festival (September 13- 23, 2012) a photographic exhibit will be mounted on the wall’s exterior. The photographs will life-size, formal and engaging portraits of the Church’s parishioners as families, couples, and individuals shot by photographer Alex Arbuckle.
Introduction
The intent of VIA DEL POPOLO ǀ San Gennaro NYC ǀ 2012 is to bring the concept of the local street festival back to its roots, and gift the annual celebration a shared, free, public space to inform festival attendees about local traditions, past and present.

La Maison Kayser is in NYC!
The opening of La Maison Kayser in NYC was a well orchestrated success. A crowd of young elegantly hip people lined up in front of this new establishment on third avenue at 74th street awaiting a tasting extravaganza of delicacies by master Pastry Chef and Baker Eric Kayser.
