Ciao! My name is Rosanna di Michele and I come from the most beautiful city in the world: Vasto, right on the Adriatic coast in the Abruzzi region of Italy. I travel between Vasto and New York with one mission, to charm Americans with the finest Abruzzese products and dishes lovingly prepared by me. Love and passion for the traditional cuisine of my homeland are my secret ingredients. I’m a chef, a caterer, an Italian mom and now a blogger too!
