NEW YORK. Ultimo giorno utile per visitare i padiglioni dell'International Contemporary Furniture Fair 2010 al Jacob Javits Center di New York. Un evento imperdibile per chiunque si interessi di interior design ed architettura. Per il terzo anno consecutivo l'Italia è presente con Ceramic Tiles of Italy. Slow Food at the Italian Cultural Institute. Conquering US People
Carlo Petrini, gastronomist, journalist, Italian writer and above all, the founder of the Slow Food cultural movement, met ex and future students of UNISG and food aficionados at the Italian Cultural Institute in New York to illustrate new projects and his University.
Petrini explained, the food we eat should taste good and be healthy, it should be produced in a clean way that does not harm the environment, animal welfare, the workers and food producers should receive fair compensation for their work.
