Charles Scicolone is a Wine and Food Consultant in New York. A wine educator, he was for ten years the wine director of New York's "I Trulli Restaurant" (122 East, 27th St.), and writes for many publications Charles is now the Consulting Wine Director for Enoteca on Court and Marco Polo Restaurant.He is the Co-Chair of the Wine Media Guild. Together with his wife, food writer Michele Scicolone, Charles is the author of "Pizza: Easy Recipes for Great Homemade Pizzas, Focaccia, and Calzones" (Random House, 2007).
