In collaboration with Roula Gholmieh it will be the closing act of the 2016 TFI Playground exhibit at the Tribeca Film Festival, April 16.

The town of Riace lies near the toe of Italy's boot. Small shops line its winding, cobblestone streets. It's perched on a hilltop, a typical medieval village with a church at its center. Riace now calls itself a global village, whose residents come from more than 20 countries beyond Europe.

Surge in Cultural Tourism to Italy

Good news on the tourism front: cultural tourism is on the rise in Italy, in a trend that contradicts what's happening elsewhere in Europe. In 2015, the ì visitors to Italian museums rose by 6% over 2014, resulting in a boost in income of no less than 14%. At the same time Italian treasures are cultural ambassadors abroad.

Si è indignato, ha alzato la voce, è andato lì per questo.
Forse che non conoscesse lo stato delle cose?
Sarà stato un gesto simbolico, di forte impatto per raccontare la vicinanza del governo regionale ai degenti, agli ammalati “ultimi” per ribadire il diritto alla salute di ogni cittadino.
