As of May 28, a 40-year ban on the import of Italian Salumi has been lifted and the US are experiencing a growing interest in the excellence of Authentic Italian cured meat products. At the 59th Summer Fancy Food consumers were introduced to meat products such as Salami, Pancetta, Coppa and other salumi with less than a 400-day aging period.
