We don't think twice about deleting a bad phrase from a Word doc, so why do we let them linger in our heads?  If a thought isn't making a positive contribution then hit the delete button.  If a thought isn't uplifting, supportive, and encouraging, then it's not true—delete it, and you'll be pulled into the positive stream of Life.
